Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering as an APACO distributor. By completing the registration form and checking the agreement box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Distributor Application and Approval

Submitting a registration form does not automatically grant you distributor status. All applications are subject to review and approval by APACO. You will be notified via email once your application has been reviewed. APACO reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

2. Distributor Responsibilities

  • Accurately represent and promote APACO and Balanghai Foods products
  • Not misrepresent products, pricing, or the cooperative's identity
  • Handle products in accordance with food safety standards
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your distributor account credentials
  • Notify APACO promptly of any changes to your business information
  • Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and local regulations

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with any other person. APACO will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at Agusan.apaco24@gmail.com.

4. Product Pricing and Ordering

Product prices displayed in the distributor portal are set by APACO and are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to product availability. APACO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Termination of Distributor Status

APACO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your distributor account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct detrimental to APACO, or fail to maintain expected standards. You may voluntarily terminate your account by contacting us.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the APACO distributor portal, including logos, product images, and marketing materials, is the property of APACO. You may use these materials only for promoting APACO products as an authorized distributor.

7. Privacy

Your use of the APACO distributor portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to These Terms

APACO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of your distributor account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
