When you register as an APACO distributor, we collect the following personal information:
We process your personal data based on your consent given at registration and our legitimate interest in operating our cooperative's distributor network, consistent with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized APACO administrators only. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active distributor account, or as required by law. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
